[CANCELLATION POLICY / 取消規定]

TKO Cancellation Deadline: 29th Oct 2010
欠席締め切り:2010年10月29日

Minimum: 20 people

Fields impose strict cancellation policies on organizers, and with good reason as no-shows will cause fields loss of income. We are propagating their policies to our players. We ask that players consider schedules carefully before confirming attendance. If you cancel after the specified deadline, please be prepared to pay the full attendance fee.

Please work together to sort out transportation. Let's try to carpool and share taxis, etc. The field is not walking distance form the station. The closest station is Chishorodai ( 千城台駅 )

[SIGN UP / 参加するには]

- Name
- Camo type
- Number of guests you plan to bring along

Ansel (and others) - just so everyone that sees this thread doesn't think we are ignoring the question, we are discussing offline (both amongst TKOSOC, other experienced TKO members, and of course, directly with Ansel).

Just out of curiosity, how old are we talking about?

Hey all,
We only have 6 people signed up for this game, and we need 20 to make this game happen.

Please sign-up so that we don't need to cancel. The field imposes a 2 week cancellation policy, but canceling last minute on them creates a bad name for TKO. I would prefer to cancel earlier so that the field can re-book if needed.

Thanks, and hope you can make it.

I would like to ask about the lunch.
I've checked Village 1's website. It was "OBENTO can order".
Can we order the lunch to them?

Hi all,
A quick update to this game.
I will be running it as a GingaNinga game rather than a TKO one as I would like to play it as a campaign style game that is a bit different from the standard TKO format.

Of course I would like to extend an invitation to all members of TKO.

Kenzie,
I'm not sure about lunch. I will have to give them a call as their homepage is hard to navigate Smile

I'm ok with fancy new campaign stuff, as long as it doesn't involve nudity Wink
Care for more details though?

I added some guest (chikako, one of the girl that played with us last time), and some tentative. Will update when I get confirmation.

Hi. Signed up with three of my team mates here in Nagoya. We are all tentative. We are trying to work out our schedules. However it looks like we will be there!

Cant wait!

Forgorin - cool that you guys can make it!

Ginga - I think you've now lost out on the "longest commute" title. Tongue

It looks that way doesn't it.
Maybe if I walk to the field I can reclaim the title based on time to get there Smile

Looked up the route on the navi and it said it's a 6 hour drive. That's at the speed limit. Hopefully we will spend most of our time over it.

I have a group that would be interested in joining this game, but although we've individually played on and off before back in the US, we're totally new to playing Airsoft in Japan and have tons of questions. First, I don't know the etiquette of playing in Japan but is it okay if we show up? Second, having read the site, it sounds like they have rentals there?

Thanks! Looking forward to joining you if its okay.
